I’m a long-term Texas land investor and portfolio operator — not a transactional broker.

Before stepping into land investing, I spent nearly a decade as a Systems Engineer in the Fortune 500 world, building and maintaining enterprise middleware platforms from development through production. My work supported large-scale initiatives, including a chip-implementation program for a major payment-processing company. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and am currently pursuing a second bachelor’s degree in Psychology to deepen my understanding of people, behavior, and long-term decision-making.

I built my land portfolio acre by acre, investing my own capital first and learning the business from the inside out. Today, Ladybird Ventures stewards 1,700+ acres alongside 200+ investors across multiple phases — making decisions from an owner’s seat, not a salesperson’s.
